The Worthy WFM Wizard was founded in 2025 by Bas Hoogink who is an independent Workforce Management architect and advisor with over 25 years of experience helping organizations transform complexity into clarity.
With a background in business administration, mathematics, system thinking, and strategic design, I work with contact centers around the world — supporting them in building smarter, more efficient, and more balanced workforce ecosystems.
I combine analytical precision with creative insight — where mathematics meets magic — to reveal patterns, expose inefficiencies, and unlock measurable ROI.
Whether designing capacity models, optimizing schedules, or guiding leaders through organizational change, my goal is simple: to make complex systems understandable and meaningful.
I also find balance in other pursuits: hosting nature-based hiking retreats in Sweden and Norway, managing mountain cabins, and exploring the intersection of systems, human behavior, and freedom of thought.
